Communication and Fitness

The old saying goes, "the road to hell is paved with good intentions." We've adapted the saying. First we replaced "hell" with "heaven" but that wasn't quite right, so we replaced "hell" with "innovation" instead--nothing Freudian here... Then we replaced "good" with "well communicated." So the final version reads:

The road to innovation is paved with well-communicated intentions!

To increase the fitness of the Transition Manager:

Build internal and external models
Use the Vantage Points model as a guide for interacting with current conditions
Master and employ a wide variety of communications modes
