THE WEB and TRANSITION MANAGEMENT
Web, Universal Truth, Sustainment & Growth
| The universal truth embodied in the
web is that everything
is connected. Implicit in this
truth is the recognition that the things that don't seem
connected probably are and that connections change as
relationships change. As webs increase in complexity,
additional universal truths may become evident. Web is a continual balancing act. Whether composed of a single network or spreading through a multitude of patches, web must be nurtured organically and systemically. Innovation, communication, and the understanding of universal commonality all are necessary nutrients for the healthy sustainment of web. These qualities, too, are essential elements for successful transition management in the 21st century. |
