The ENTERPRISE that today we call MG Taylor is mid point in the 6th iteration of its development. Each era has seen significant improvement in the scale, scope and quality of our product and services - and, our ability to deliver them. Each iteration overwhelmed the ability of the organization to sustain the effort.

We started with the idea that network organizations would be the most fit for a 21st Century, knowledge-based global network economy. By the mid 80s, we had conceived the ideal of the ValueWeb architecture. iteration6 is our transition to this organizational strategy.

MG Taylor is a deliberate experiment in the creation of creative, collaborative work environments. Our own organizational experience is as much a part of this R&D effort as the products and services we produce. This is true even when we do not want it to be so and desire for a state of simple corporate peace and quite. What we learn from our clients and partners we apply to ourselves. What we learn from our own business experience we help them apply to their organizational challenges and opportunities.

The making of ValueWebs is an act of organizational engineering and art and is no different, in reality, than the creation of a work environment. ValueWebs are intentional networks of individuals and organizations possessing a common set of values focused on meta-projects or goals that facilitate the accomplishment of each individual mission within a created framework.
